The following conditions apply to return, exchange and refund requests at Reggae Republic Wear. Please read our Sales, Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy for the complete requirements and process.

Returns and exchanges

Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrectly described items. Requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Size or color changes and changes of mind alone are not eligible.

Items must meet the condition, tag, packaging and proof-of-purchase requirements in our Sales, Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy. Final sale items and other exclusions listed in that policy are not eligible for return or exchange.

Authorization and refunds

Contact us through our contact form before returning any item. Approved returns receive an RMA number and shipping instructions. After receipt and inspection, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
