Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrectly described items. Initiate your request through our contact form within 7 calendar days of delivery. Size or color changes alone do not qualify. Please read our Sales, Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy for condition requirements, exclusions and return authorization instructions.

Report damaged or defective items through our contact form within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, details and photos. For an incorrectly described item, initiate your request within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will review your request under our Sales, Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy. Damaged or defective goods qualify for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Always follow the care instructions on your garment’s label. For many printed T-shirts, washing inside out with similar colours using a gentle cycle and cool water can help preserve the fabric and graphic. Avoid harsh bleach and excessive heat. Do not iron directly over printed artwork unless the garment’s care instructions specifically permit it.
